Why is obesity rising at such a high rate then? And why does this rise perfectly correlate with average calorie intake?
I hate to play the credibility card, but I do help people lose weight for a living and have studied this rather thoroughly for school. And my expectations for a rational debate are pretty low against someone who can't even spell their insults correctly. Care to defend your claim?
Well, calorie intake is a part of it, but body type is a bigger part of it, hence my claim that body type contributes more to obesity then calories. And to be fair, I'm typing with a tiny and phone keyboard, so spelling mistakes aren't really my fault
That just has no scientific backing. Body type does not affect whether calories matter. It is a LAW of physics. If you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight, if not your dead. If you are in a calorie surplus, you will gain weight.
I think where your confused, is that body type can affect HOW MANY calories are needed to eat as a minimum to lose weight. But not a single person can't be at a healthy weight because of their body type. Take Africa for instance, the rate of obesity is microscopic, less than 1%. But in the US, its upwards of 30 percent. If body type was the primary cause, then the ratios would be much closer. If someone is obese, its because they eat too many calroies. They need to eat less calroies until they lose weight. If they are in a deficit and not losing weight, start writing their will because they won't live another day.
Iin to think semen has calories?
