Is it normal to think scrambled eggs and marinara sauce go good together?

One fateful day, I failed at making a breakfast sandwich. This was incredibly troubling for me, because of the prior day's events. I salvaged it by creating scrambled eggs, olive oil toast, and dripped some marinara over the eggs. I used the toast as a means to scoop the eggs and eat them all as a combination. It was delicious. However, many of my peers call it disgusting, citing the textures of the two foods. This really did not impact me and I know a lot of folks put ketchup on their eggs. They are basically the same thing, but I don't like ketchup. Does this sound like a good combo? Is it normal to like?

    Sounds alright.

I like to make grits with shredded cheese, garlic, butter, Louisiana hot sauce, and a little bit of curry powder.
