She definitely looks older than her age, more like 16... so even if you are 18 or so, I think that's OK. People are way too quick to judge.
My friend (she's a she) is 21 and fancied this guy on TV even though he was 14. But it was kind of an innocent crush. Nothing sinister about it.
Also, technically you are only a pedophile if you are attracted to people who are PREPUBESCENT... That is, they have yet to reach puberty. Those that are teens and developing, the line is blurry, you get girls and guys that look much older, and those that look much younger. We don't fall for a person's age, do we? The age of consent is there as a legal boundary, but in reality who we are attracted to is a massive grey area, and doesn't adhere to laws set by government.
I personally don't think she's particularly attractive. She just looks ordinary, but a bit dead behind the eyes.
