Is it normal to think plastic surgery is genetic cheating?

When people get nose jobs or their wagging ears fixed, get braces or wear contact lenses.... is it fair for partners who they have children with without disclosing the information or is it "genetic cheating"?

    We have such technology so we take advantage of it. Nothing wrong with that.

    I mean yes but what does evolution itself care? Evolution isnt purposeful it's just small mutations that are somehow useful over time.

    Cheating at the expense of who? Is it cheating to get a medical procedure that saves ones life? Natural selection wanted you to die right?
