these feelings stem from anxiety, especially social anxiety and i've suffered with it for 4 years and it's a terrible feeling. the best thing to do is talk to a doctor about it before it stops you doing things in your life and also when you're with people and you feel these negative thoughts, straight away, identify them and challenge them with positive thoughts. eg: negative thought-'they think i'm boring' .. positive thought-'why would they be thinking i'm boring?' it's all to do with confidence and self-esteem, which is something you really need to build, but it all takes time.
Is it normal to think others are always thinking badly of you?
