I'm sorry, I accidentally hit submit before I was ready. Like I was saying, I was with my best friend since third grade and she wasn't looking at me while I was talking. Even though I knew she wouldn't be mean about it, I was thinking that maybe I was boring her, and she didn't even want to be there with me.
This is horrible, and it's ruining my self-esteem and my life. I can't do anything without it turning into something I'll regret. I've never had anyone actually say to my face these things, but I can't help thinking them.
Is it normal to think others are always thinking badly of you?
