Just someone interesting that you maybe would like to show you attention. A lot of people think that when they fantasize about another person, that they don't want to be with whoever they are with. In reality if they really did leave their significant others they would probably feel horrible and go running back because they made a mistake. Now, if your significant other is an emotionally/physically abusive douche then go for it dude!
