I believe Socrates had the same thought. Socrates thought that the world he lived in wasn't real. Maybe nothing's real. Who's to say that I'm not real. To answer your question it's possible nothing is real. Science and Religion might defer but nothing is certain forever.
It’s just fine. Most people are just that way. But there are still fine and delicate people who would appreciate you, and wouldn't take advance of your kindness and respect.
There are much more dangerous things than that. I’ll give you an example. When I met my boyfriend I was afraid he might be a criminal or might be married. So I asked my cousin who is a police officer to check his files and confirm he is not that kind of person. Other things I checked in person. The results are poor but not devastating.
I want you to have just a little bit confidence and do not sentence all to dead, please. Give chance to those who deserve it. You will know who they are.
Good luck !
You only have the benefit of your own consciousness. It's quite normal to wonder if everyone else exists. After all, when you dream, you see people that don't exist. There's absolutely no evidence to suggest the world isn't a figment of your imagination. Or mine, strictly, because I'm the one writing this and none of you reading it would exist.
