Look for a technique that's easy to learn, doesn't cost any money, and gives you a quieter mind within a few minutes. Not thought control, not "mindgames", just see if you become quiet and calm. If you can get a hold of ONE trusted friend, someone you can tell ANYTHING to, and they won't judge you or reject you, that will help you get through these dark days.
