I think for your situation - latino culture is (in general) a great deal more open and liberal in thinking when it comes to sex, whereas sexuality is a lot more repressed in western caucasian society. That probably leads to a bit more sexual confidence - since they haven't been told to feel ashamed about their sexuality their whole lives. Also I'm pretty sure the obsession with penis size is less prevalent in other cultures.

I agree. I sort of figured that was the issue with the white guys.
