Is it normal to think kissing is disgusting, but still want to test it out

I have no feelings for anybody in particular, but sometimes I get curious about what kissing would be like.
Despite this, whenever I think about the act of kissing too much, I nearly puke, and I suddenly lose interest. I would never do it with just any random person, so I don't even know why the thought pops into my head when I dislike human interaction.

    i was lying in bed with a woman and i didnt want to kiss her because i didnt love her so i didnt know how to start sex with her and just passed up on it. she was a hot shot attorney wife with three kids and smoking hot looks. a few days latter i thought oh hell i was supposed to start kissing on her.     It depends I guess. How old are you? When I was younger (11-12) the idea of kissing someone with tongue and all repulsed me. That's not the case anymore of course. If you are older and still disgusted by kissing, I don't know..

    I sometimes feel like this too, when imagining all that spit mixing in each other mouths. But at the same time I want to kiss someone badly. I think its normal, because you are disgusted by the hygiene part of it, while you're attracted to it because of your sexal drive and desire.

    Maybe you're asexual. Its an orientation that is catagorized by the lack of sexual desire.

    This can include kissing, touching, intercourse, or anything physical that could be considered sexual. Asexuality doesn't not mean that you NEVER have sex/kiss, but that you in some aspect lack the desire to. Ace people can kiss, cuddle, and have intercourse, but still be asexual for the most part. Perhaps what you are feeling is repulsion to the act but you are enthralled by the romanticized idea or kissing, which is portrayed as nice by traditional standards.

    You will get over it trust me

    Kissing actually has benefits. The act itself makes your brain produce "oxytocin", a peptide hormone which makes you feel good, AKA happy hormone
