If you want to look at a someone from a particular race and generalize, then I could easily generalize about the white man, but thankfully I am not as close-minded as you.
And there are so many examples of the white man doing bad things to others, but unlike you, I don't make it into a race issue.
Yes were all not perfect but the black man is the worst in africa most of them have aids. In usa most of them are in gangs and hijack people and shot and kill and sell drugs don't deny it. And in the uk they rape steal sponge off the state they are really good for nothing people they all smoke weed and they smell of rotting fruit. They even stole human beings from Africa. And who were involved the biggest world wars? The white men, of course, they started it, and they did massive damage. Who invented the gun? The white man. So who's the most violent, and the biggest theif of them all? the white man!

I'm not American, but I live here, and I think I understand the American culture pretty well. I took a Family Studies class the other term, and we learned that a lot of blacks in America live in the bad neighborhoods because the local governments want them in there. The bad neighborhoods of course will not have good schools, and therefore, the kids seldom get to university. Which means minimal skills, and bad financial situation. It's called the circle of poverty..
The crime rate is high in these neighborhoods not because of the color of the skins of those who live in them, but because they live in absolute poverty.
Spend more money into making these neighborhoods well. You start with the schools first, and you will see major improvements with the people living there.
Skin color and crime, do not go hand in hand. I guarantee you that.
