I think certain songs resemble my personality and not because of the words but merely the instrumental backing.

    It's normal to notice that certain songs go along with the type of person you are. And I say it's normal because I'm like this as well, I'm sure a lot of people are. Specially when there are no lyrics. I happen to be one of those people who tend to connect more with the instrumental part of the song, although I can't deny some songs have amazing lyrics. But sometimes listening to an instrument play has beyond a thousand words.
