I'm bilingual and my internal thoughts are often a combination of both languages. I also often whisper to myself and have entire conversations with myself when I'm alone in my room (never in public or around others) in whispers. Sometimes it's just me organizing my thoughts, other times it may be that I'm imagining how certain conversations or debates with others could go.
Then again, I might also just be fantasizing about someone I like (real people or fictional characters) and I might just be thinking out loud, imagining certain conversations in my head or even playing out scenarios in my head. I know I'm certifiable. I've done this ever since I was a child but I know not do do it in public or around others because I know it's insane. I think it's just a way of coping with not having friends or family that I can talk to as well as overcompensating for having a mediocre and boring life.
Is it normal to think in Jibberish?
