Very unlikely things happen to me at times almost as if they were scripted. Could it be I'm stuck in a reality show as entertainment for the outside world? Picture the Truman show (movie)
Ah, this reminds me of a couple years ago when I was going through some different types of dissociation. I had this sort of thing (among others), where I thought that some higher life forms, some aliens of some sort, were watching me on a TV screen and laughing at everything I did. It messed with me a whole bunch, but I told myself to ignore it and had to remind myself that that’s not how reality worked; my scientifically-based mind helped me remember that nothing like that has ever been proven, and I am but one small organism among how many trillions of trillions of others, so what’s so special about me?
Sometimes I feel like this not all the time but there’s just something that makes me feel this is just a stage that I don’t know about
