At 26 I highly doubt that you know you'll be single for the rest of your life. Things can happen in seconds sometimes that can a persons whole world. I think it's almost impossible to know that at this age. You're still young and you sound like a responsible 26 year old so I'm sure when the time comes you will find a good woman. One that's good for you and you're completely in love with and know you can't live with out and one who is also good for your daughter as well. Don't give up but I wouldn't focus on looking for it it'll find you. Not to mention I'm sure your daughter takes up all of your most important time :) and your focus is on her, right where it should be. Best wishes
