Is it normal to think I'm fat in certain clothes bc of my boobs?

  • I'm the same way, except that my thighs are awful. Dresses that fit in the waist don't fit over my chest, and it's really weird how people give busty women looks like we're being indecent just by existing. I feel like my breasts are fat and awkward on my body.

I went through the same thing losing weight. I was really looking forward to going down to a C or even a B cup, but my breasts went nowhere, even after I lost over 40 lbs. When I was losing weight, some people even had the nerve to tell me "I hope your breasts don't get smaller!" and "What about your boobs?", as if it was a given that I want large breasts. It was rude.

People are always telling me things like "Tons of women would love to have boobs like yours!", and it doesn't help me AT ALL. The fact is, I don't like having large breasts. What other women want doesn't change that. What men like doesn't change that.

OP, you're not alone. You're probably not a "fat, frumpy freak", but you're definitely not alone in being uncomfortable with having large breasts. You can try to come to terms with your body, or you can save up for and research breast reduction. It's your body, and it's your choice how you want to deal with it.
