Is it normal to think i'm able to change the world for good?

I often feel like I can do good things that can permanently change the world for good. Sometimes I look out at the sky and think I can build a machine that filters the air to get rid of pollution. Sometimes I look out at the ocean and think I can make a powerful boat with a large net and a filter that can collect trash but not sea animals. Sometimes I think I can make a plant based substitution for plastic that is durable and can also provide as plant fertilizer or animal food. Sometimes I think I can create food that tastes like sweets and snacks, while being healthy for you and rich in vitamins. Sometimes I think of making a universal language that kids learn in school so everyone can understand each other, and uniting the world as one giant country. (Of course, people can still keep their culture.) Is this normal, or am I setting the bar too high for myself and setting unrealistic goals.

if youve made an entire book about your plans and how you are going to achieve it step by step then its actually likely, although if you realistically want to change the world for good then study to be a lawyer for the supreme court
