Is it normal to think I have an eating disorder?

  • I don't think that you have an eating disorder, but it could turn into one if you continue on like this. When I was around 15 I felt the same way. I tried to become bulimic(I actually wanted to have an eating disorder. Silly, right?)...but I just like food too much! But now I am the perfect weight for my height and so are you.

    Honestly and truthfully, you are not fat at all. Just find foods that you like to eat. Take the time to eat, even if you don't like eating. My best friend always says that she is never hungry, so she never eats. But one day she fainted from malnutrition (no joke, and I wasn't even there to help her, needless to say I feel terrible, as she was at work). Ever since then, she takes the time to eat three meals a day.

    Please, even if you feel gross, you have to eat. Your body needs it to live and be healthy. This subject is very touchy for me, so for your sake, I hope you eat. Sorry for the long message.
