i look about 1,000lbs....i seem to have bald spots.....my skin is zits and flaking and wrinkles and moles and oozing puss. i have 10 chins.....my eyes are the colour of poo. no matter what i do or how hard i scrub myself i look like i have rolled around in mud and i smell REALLY bad.
Many teenagers feel shit about themselves physically. We change too quickly to keep up, we get spots, we look weird. Then if you're overweight that's one other physical aspect to concern yourself with.
But I can guarantee the majority don't see you how you see you. You probably look far worse to yourself than anybody else. It's a rough ride and you'll get to the end of it in all likelihood accepting, maybe even liking, what you see in the mirror.
Whether or not you're a teen, then it's something you can work on to boost your self-esteem. There are a couple of clichéd but potentially effective techniques to try. One is to look in the mirror and try to point out one physical aspect you like, or at least don't hate. Maybe it's your nose, maybe it's your mouth, ears, eyes, hair, ANYTHING. And focus on that part of you. When you next look in the mirror, remind yourself of that bit you don't mind. Then challenge yourself to find another part of you you think isn't bad. Focusing on the positives is a big step, and it can be difficult. You could even ask a good friend what they think is a good physical feature of yours. Might be embarrassing, might be awkward, or it might make you see yourself from someone else's perspective, in a positive light. Just some ideas anyway. Good luck :)
Is it normal to think i am the ugliest person in the world?

Am I right in thinking you're a teen?

Why was your comment thumbed down? If it's how you feel about yourself it doesn't deserve to be dismissed!
