My parents have always told me I was a beautiful young lady, but I feel so insecure about myself.... I have so many pimples but it’s not that bad. I just feel soooo insecure.... idk what to do. IIN?

    If you are about 18 years old, there is a permanent treatment for acne by a drug called Accutane. Ask your doctor.

        Accutane is available only under a special program called iPLEDGE. You must be registered in the program and sign documents stating that you understand the dangers of this medication and that you agree to use birth control as required by the program. Ask your doctor or call the drug maker if you have questions about the program or the written requirements. Some serious medication. You don't need it.

        Accutane can have very serious side affects and is used only when the acne is so bad that it's disfiguring. I doubt that any Dr. will give it to you if yours is not that bad. And it's just as well.
