How do you talk these days? Just through facebook? Is it every day? I think it's odd for a 14 year old to experience such emotion, I'm 22 and I haven't got a clue what love is!
Have you not had boyfriends since? You've wrote this as though for 8 years you have obsessed over this moment and have not been able to let it go.
The last thing in the world you should do is come between him and his girlfriend, if you are "soulmates" then you WILL get together as it is meant to happen, but you only live once so why not approach the subject? Ask him how he felt when he saw you 8 years ago? I think ruling out telling him is a bit drastic as wouldn't you want to know?
