Is it normal to think everything is normal?

There's a little more to it. I've been depressed for a few years now, and I've been thinking about life and its meaning a lot. Because I think I'm so different from 'normal', I've become to think EVERYONE and EVERYTHING they do is completely normal. I also think it might in some way be dangerous, because I DO think suicide is normal, too, and I've thought about it a lot.

So, I'm asking for your opinion.

PS Sorry for my bad English

  • You don't sound different from normal. And most people are normal. Lots of people think they are 'different' or 'abnormal' but truthfully, real weirdos are few and far between. Chill dude. Have a beer.

  • Except our cat has adopted a more charming bedside manner recently. Sometimes, I wish he would "cut loose".

  • I agree with you. But there are only about three of us left on the site any more. You're the one who capitalises words (so that I'll mention it and you know who I am). The third person is our cat. And we all know who that is.
