Is it normal to think everything is deja vu?

Lately when something new happens or I see a name etc. etc. I get the feeling that it's happened or I've seen it before. It's been happening nearly every day. I feel like I don't know what's real or not. It's like my deja vu is on overdrive.

  • You do know what deja vu is in reality though don't you?

It is an anomaly of memory, giving the false impression that an experience is "being recalled". This explanation is supported by the fact that the sense of "recollection" at the time is strong in most cases, but that the circumstances of the "previous" experience (when, where, and how the earlier experience occurred) are quite uncertain or believed to be impossible. Likewise, as time passes, subjects can exhibit a strong recollection of having the "unsettling" experience of déjà vu itself, but little or no recollection of the specifics of the event(s) or circumstance(s) they were "remembering" when they had the déjà vu experience. In particular, this may result from an overlap between the neurological systems responsible for short-term memory and those responsible for long-term memory (events which are perceived as being in the past).

In other words it's just your brain fucking up and sending you the same thought twice, like a record skipping. Lol

That is a very complex explanation. Perhaps there is an easier one. What if there is a physical explanation, due to the motion of the Universe?

deja vu is thinking of the same thing twice at once, it's really simple.

I read a theory that it's latency between the left and right hemispheres of the brain so you experience the same thing half a second apart and mistakenly think you've experienced two unique things. If it's happening more often, it's probably some crap they're putting in the food.

Well "normal" is another word for "common" and most people aren't spiritually awake so believing in deja vu is definitely not normal but that doesn't mean that there's something wrong with you. Instead it means that you have a higher level of awareness than most people do and the reason why others don't have such a high level of awareness is because they don't want to. They don't believe in something more than the physical.

If energy cannot be created or destroyed but it can transform from one form to another and humans are actually made of 99.999999999% energy and .000000001% matter then logically the matter part of us would die off and what's left of us(our soul/energy) would get recycled back into the universe after we temporarily see what it's like to be physical(and forget our TRUE nature). I believe that we were once the stars before we became human beings and who knows what else we'll evolve into. I strongly suggest you study quantum physics. The science textbooks they show people in school need to be updated. We are not physical beings. We just think we are because of the way our minds perceive the frequencies, energies and sounds that go on in the environment/energy field while we're living in this physical "reality".

Since time is relative, that means that the past, present and future simultaneously exist right here in the now. Who knows how many times you have lived this life. You may have lived it several times or an infinite amount of times. Maybe you fd it up last time and decided to come back and try again. All I ask is that you open your mind.
