Is it normal to think everyone is just really sad deep down?

I think people should spend more time in nature. Since we were young, if a friend was upset we would all go and chill on a hill, have a fire, look at the stars and I can't describe how much better it makes us all feel. It helps people reconnect with the world. Everybody is just so busy nowadays it feels like we're all just running in circles worrying until we die.

I like the climbing up the hill idea, but yes this is true, from being trapped by student loans worrying about resitting exams, doing well in life and being pretty, overall is pretty exhausting. We are all so brainwashed into using technology, we need nature.

In today's world it's normal. I try to do things I enjoy in the weekend to counter all the negativity you collect during the week. I like to go hiking with my girlfriend, or have a barbecue with my friends, or simply work on my classic BMW, listening to oldies, drinking beer.

True, but that is what the weekend is for. To act upon your inner animal desires thusly cancelling the alienation that society forces upon you.
