So have you traveled to any of these countries you speak of? You would be surprised how cosmopolitan and yes they have technology in the major urban areas. What you may be thinking about is the ability of their citizens can get access to health and education, transportation and logistics. Yes many of these countries do not have sufficient infrastructure but it doesn’t make them backwards or “shithole” countries as a certain US President likes to say.
