Is it normal to think arm tatttoos on women are tacky?

    I don't like tattoos on a womens arms or legs. I do think if a women has a sleeve or a half sleeve can be very sexy but stuff like that hideous dragon that Angelina Jolie has or that ugly ass heart with Antonio on Melanie Griffith's arm ewwww.
