The problem is we live in a society. Not a pack, not a heard, a society. And last I checked, the body is not always completely sexually mature until around 18 or so. Just because you menstruate does not mean that your body is capable of bearing and giving birth to a child.
In our society, a child having a child is a detrimental thing because the VAST MAJORITY of children are not capable of survival by their own means yet, let alone the raising of children.
And popping out children with Alpha-males and then finding a man with a good job afterwards? What are you, 15? She pops out the babies and then what? How is she going to support them when deadbeat daddy hits the road? How is a 13 year old going to possibly have the resources to support these children? How can a 13 year old, with minimal brain developement, who is just barely able to perform basic abstract reasoning skills, going to get a job, make enough money to support kids and raise the kids? And does this man with a good job just magically appear out of nowhere? Who says he will even want to raise another man's offspring?
Your theory is so horribly flawed that it is ridiculous. If these age of consent laws are invented by the church then the church did the world a favor. A 13 year old is not nearly developed enough, physically or neurologically, to care for offspring and with parents of the same kind, they are probably still barely developed enough to even figure out what the hell is going on.
You raise some very important points that do happen in society, sometimes frequently. The problem with religious doctrine, is that it ignores that these things exist. They are not doing anyone a favour by ignoring these issues, instead I think they should be held responsible through negligence.
