Is it normal to think about why we exist?

I'm alone alot. And when I'm alone, I almost always think about why and how people are able to exist. And not only that, but I also think about why and how anything exists, like time and space. I've come up with multiple solutions for this question, like maybe there was never a start to the universe and time. It has always been here.

Is it normal to think like this?

Many people, including myself, are interested in cosmology. There are excellent documentaries on the topic. BBC has many of them, and Neil Degrass Tyson also has an excellent series called, "Cosmos".

I think it is kind of a waste of brain power. We will never know for sure and it doesn't matter. Enjoy it now that its here mate.

There are some legendary stories in my religion which are believed to be true and they seem logical...the story is:God created things(they are morals even more than touchable things)such as the pen ,the balance and the throne...he also made destiny as a moral..and then he told the pen to write destiny (as what should happen and what happened before...) Then we all came by destiny ..the pen meant the destiny(being treated by the holy pen) the balance meant the stability of the universe and the equality of God..the throne meant the wisdom, the strength and especially the dominance of God (being the king of Kings and the great creator)...
