Is it normal to think about what is the best weapon to fight zombies.

Normal. I have thought of this many times. A chainsaw with infinite gas would be my weapon of choice. Yeah...and screw hiding. It's a fucking zombie bloodbath.

DEFINETLY mid-evil weapons. You got swords, chain balls, (LAWL) , axes, lances, GIANT swords, spiked sheilds, war hammers, (NOT the game). :P come on! To be honest, i think the most fun would be a portal gun.
As for realistic, i guess some continous laser weapon would indeed be best, if energy is not an issue. I'd not want close and personal, though, cutting them to parts at several 100m's away is fine with me.

I'd say Star Wars action figures would be better than gundams...
