Huh i think there was something like that in the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy .(the blue whale)or was it a sperm whale falling onto a planet? the other thing is what if the miracles were meant to be well symbols meaning that the reason these things were wrote down this way was to prove a point not declare he could be a miracle worker so maybe the miracles didnt happen but were means to just a point.
