There really is no excuse not to exercise. I HATED exercise but it's important so I do it. I do hard workouts but because of your arthritis try light exercise. If you can walk in sure you can do a medium-fast paced walk on the treadmill for like 30 minutes, 20 reps on a leg machine, and 10 reps on your arms at a very light weight. That is a fairly low intensity workout that will give you results. Also watch your diet. Try to cut out as much meat and dairy as possible and obviously artificial sugars. There are reasons why but this is getting long and i don't know if you care lol... If you are going to attempt to exercise don't worry too much about carbs because you'll need energy but still don't over do it. Anyway if you have no interest in losing weight than some guys like chubby girls. Probably chubby guys but still. The main goal for you is to be confident with yourself. Think about what will make you more confident, whether it's losing weight or getting a new hairstyle or clothes..confidence in yourself is important because guys will see that and like you for it.
