Yes and if you work in a casino or probably most customer service jobs it's abnormal not to have these feelings. I would never hurt a fly and I'm always smiling even at horrible people because I have to. However I do think maybe I could pull our a mischetti (sp?, knife) and hack away at all the nasty people and be all like "TAKE THIS BITCH" but I wouldn't really do it.
