  • Running at the hottest time of the day and/or in a sweater is stupid! Don't do it unless you want to totally dehydrate yourself and pass out. All you lose is water weight and you gain it right back as soon as you take a drink. If you like running but don't feel challenged try to go faster or longer. Try to incorporate hills and sprints. If you don't "feel" like you're exercising after that, you should try out for the olympics. Haha.
