I've had that as a kid. I told the bastard that if he wants me to shut up. He can make me shut up, or get away from me.
Needless to say, he didn't do anything. Typical loser that hates on people, cause of his own insecurity.
I hate bullies. Best way to deal with one. Beat him up and bully him for a week. See how he likes that.
