Is it normal to talk to myself when i'm mad/upset?
When I get really mad or upset at someone , I run up to my room. When Im SUPER mad/upset, I'll cry and curl up into a ball and sit on my bed. When I do that, I sometimes talk to myself saying "it's okay. They're obviously not worth my time" BUT, when I'm REEAAALLY pissed, I'll talk to myself as if the person I'm mad at is right in my room .
I don't get angry or upset often so I don't have any mental problems. Please know that I appreciate your help!
