Yes, you do need qualifications on a mdeical bases to know if someone is a psychopath/sociopath or not, because there have been plenty of presidents that have killed animals for their own enjoyment, such as fishing, hunting, etc.

If it's any soothing thought to you, the first time I done it to a mouse was out of mercy. My cat cut it's stomach open, and it was still alive, and so I got a tup, put it in, and drowned it. I liked it, but I was showing it mercy. Does that make me evil?
All the animals that died during the construction of your home, it used to be an animal habitat, and when that habitat was destroyed to make a home for humans, a lot of animals in the areas died during the process, so in all actuality, you are supporting the deaths of many animals by paying or buying a house.
Is it normal to take pleasure in torturing weak animals?
