Is it normal to take pictures of women in tight jeans and heels

I have an extreme fetish for tight jeans heels and or boots and I frequently go to stores to fill my fetish and sometimes when I see women dressed this way I will take a picture of them, usually from the waste down so I can see there beautiful heels again.is this normal or is there really something wrong with me? I've had this problem since I was a young kid.

    I had a guy take a photo of me one time when I was wearing heels and a nice outfit. He just drove up in his car, took a photo, and drove off, which is really creepy. Don't do it! You can ask them if they will let you take their photo, but don't take a photo without permission.
