It's harmless unless they really object. I have a huge thing/fetish for long, polished nails, and have taken many pics of women who have them. Since it's more difficult to do on the sly, I've always engaged in conversation, complimented their great nails, then asked to take photos. You'd be surprised how many are fine with it and flattered that I'd ask. Would usually keep it to 2-3 pics, but did have one woman, in a store parking lot (beautiful blonde with at least 3", jet-red nails) give me a bunch, including a few hands on hips and other poses. Got lucky with that one. I think if you keep it limited, and ask, even if you make up a reason, it's harmless.

And then the Internet came along and I found out that I wasn’t alone and that was a good feeling but I feel like women would be creeped out if I came up to them and said hey do you mind if I take a picture of your feet And I know women love to be complemented on their shoes I have done that in the past but I feel that it might be a little aggressive. I just think that people that don’t have any kind of fetish have a hard time understanding her about it I’ve gotten a lot of negative comments about it and I feel as though they just don’t understand because they don’t have a fetish of their own.
