If you fear being caught, just use background screen recorder. Thing keeps recording even when you turn your phone off, and will still record when using other apps. Just don't go to camera app while still recording, it freezes the video. Make sure the notification that it is recording is on silent, otherwise it will make a little noise. Just in case in a quiet area.
