Sharing a room at any age on vacation with your child is not abnormal. You are family and a lot of families will do this to save money. Apposed to having room for every single family members so you are not abnormal. Drinking on vacation is normal for an adult. I have went places with my parents alone before and people don't tell me how "They are going to have sex with me". Why don't you tell your sister if she is so concerned for HER to pay for the vacation and for HER to go.
