Hi usually people take about 5 minutes to take a sh*t but me since I was born it takes me like half an hour and it smell like crap. do you think it is normal it takes me so long?

    Your probably intollerant to certain foods.
    Increase your fibre.
    Try an elimination diet to work out what your system doesn't like.
    Try psylium husk & Flaxseed oil.
    It's important to have a clean colon.
