    You should get those detachable shower heads that are made specially for the toilet. (more practical than getying inyo the shower)
    Also, I'd try trimming the hair with scissors if i were you.

      get yourself a bidet, it worked for my DAD, he also had hemorrhoids. He was a weight lifter when he was younger, he had no choice.
