Hyperhydrosis does NOT (necessarily) mean anything serious, like above. Don't freak out! It's pretty normal. Have you tried "Certain-Dri?" It's really powerful. I actually had to stop using it because it irritated my skin.
A dermatologist can definitely help. They have everything from prescriptions (much better than "prescription strength" over the counter deodorants) to botox injections (which are expensive and not permanent. But, having options is nice.
Don't worry. It's so minor, and who cares whether someone sweats or not.
I just avoid white shirts (I get the stains) and use talcum powder on my hands, feet, buttcrack..etc haha
