Some people just sweat more than others. If it bothers you I think they have pills for that.
When I was in middle school I used to sweat A LOT...and for no reason at all. I tried every deodorant but almost nothing helped. Certain Dri kinda worked, but it itched pretty bad and irritated my under arms (maybe I used too much). In school during lunch break I'd go to the bathroom and change my shirt :( IT SUCKED. I was so self-conscious.
Anyways, it started going away in high school. Thank god. I just wished I had talked to someone about it instead of keeping it to myself the whole time.
Hyperhidrosis is when you sweet excessively for no reason. So maybe you have that. Look it up and talk to a friend and family member that you confide in. Talk to a doctor as well.
I hope that kinda helped.
:p thanks a lot, i'm in middle school i'm not really sure thats my problem, i'll look it up though...no the thing is i just sweat more than others. Not when i'm just staying still, when i work out and stuff like that. So it really pisses me of when i'm sweatin like a pig and others are like dry...i just get irritated thats all :(. Thanks anyway it helped, hope it goes in high school
maybe go to a sauna or steam room a few times a week and show your glands a thing or two
I run a lot and I do not sweat much at all unless the sun is glaring. When you are a fast mover and active sweating just doesn't apply. However, when I do yoga I cant help sweating like I was under a waterfall, because the slow movement and heavy fatigue gives your body a kind of shock-effect. Naturally if you are heavy that is the same thing.
This may not be anything serious, but you should seek professional medical attention. There are a variety of medical conditions that could be causing this, and they should be ruled out. As a medical professional myself, I would not ignore this problem.
Main causes:
Being overweight
Being physically unfit
Having a hereditary condition in which you produce excessive sweat for no apparent reason.
