Is it normal to suddenly twitch out of no where????

Okay this is embarrassing but it happens to me when I'm trying to hold in gas

I can't remember the medical name for it but it's when a nerve casing is impacted and so generates what appears to be a message from your brain telling you to move. Because the impaction is usually quite sharp, the movement is sudden too. It's entirely normal and happens to all of us.

Same thing happens to me, only my eyes close. It freaks everyone who sees me do it out, but to me it's normal.

Sounds normal to me lol. It happens to me sometimes but it's my eye or even my arm. It's so funny because I will try to cover my eye so people won't see what's going on, when really it makes people look.
