Everyone feels down sometimes. Sometimes things just finally hit you after a delay, usually when it's safe to repair. Sometimes you didn't get as much rest or water as you need and your body switches to conservation mode. Give it about a week, get rest, practice body awareness (Am i thirsty? Am i eating right? Things a good mom would ask you.) and if you still feel this way get to a doctor to check you out. You're part of the world and the world is part of you.
