  • I think most people have done things in their lives that they regret, I know I do. We keep thinking about those things even though the past is something that we can't change. Try to focus in the present and the future to try to make your life happier and more enjoyable. Thinking about how your life could have been is a waste of time, only God knows how much time I have lost doing that. The mind is a powerful tool, it can make us live but it can also destroy us. I'm pretty sure your life is much better than it was before. Cheers and best wishes.
