I had problems with this until I turned 17. It was always embarrassing for me, so I sympathize with you! I saw doctors who recommended many things, but honestly, the only thing that did it for me was to just stop wearing any kind of protective padding or anything. I was so nervous that I would wet the bed that I began to sleep lighter and wake up regularly enough to use the bathroom. Also, try not to drink a bunch of water/ liquids past 7:00 or 8:00pm, and drink more throughout the rest of the day. Or, you can even try taking vitamins to help your bladder get stronger. NEVER EVER try holding it in longer during the day though... This could just get you a UTI infection. Good luck, I feel for you!!
Is it normal to still wet the bed at 16?
