I would try a few things ,during the day drink a little more than usual and make your bladder waitso it has to get stronger.
You can buy an alarm that goes off as you start to wet the bed and this trains you to get up .
I think limmit drinking just before bed and pee just before your shower / bath and again just before geting into bed so you really empty your bladder
Try to do that peeing and shortly after peeing if you have waited a long time during the day or after you get up in the morning so get up pee get dressed and try again just before going down to breakfast training your bladder to empty helps it last longer before it gets full .
